The Claim That Made Me Curious
I own three cordless drills, two impact drivers, and a drawer full of manual screwdrivers. The idea that a single pen-sized electric screwdriver could replace any of them sounded absurd. Where It Shines
The 4 torque settings are what make this tool genuinely useful. Setting 1 is gentle enough for eyeglass screws and electronics. Setting 4 drives 3-inch wood screws into pine without stripping. Most electric screwdrivers in this category give you one speed — all or nothing — which means you’re constantly fighting the tool. Not here.
The LED work light is brighter than expected, and the magnetic bit holder actually holds. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve dropped a tiny screw inside a PC case. The magnetized bits eliminate that nightmare.
The USB-C rechargeable battery lasted through two full weekends of furniture assembly on a single charge. No disposable batteries, no proprietary charger to lose — just the same cable you charge your phone with.
The Honest Limitations
This is not for heavy construction. Don’t try to drill into concrete or drive lag bolts. The 3.6V motor simply doesn’t have that kind of torque. And the pen-style grip, while great for precision, isn’t ergonomic for driving dozens of large screws in one go — your hand will feel it.
The included 42 bits cover 95% of household tasks, but the case is compact to a fault. If you’re disorganized (guilty), you’ll spend time hunting for the right bit.
Who Should Buy This
If you assemble furniture, repair electronics, tighten cabinet hardware, or do light DIY — this is your tool. If you’re framing a house, reach for the 21V drill. For everyone else, this little driver has earned a permanent spot in my kitchen junk drawer — and that’s the highest compliment I can give.
